Volunteering Strategy Lead (Hybrid, 0.8 FTE)

CHM is seeking an experienced Volunteering Manager to lead the development and delivery of the volunteering strategy across England. The role involves coaching and supporting volunteers, and building a thriving, inclusive volunteer movement for the countryside.

You will work with staff, volunteers and partners to widen participation and create engaging volunteer experiences, while driving new volunteering roles and programmes.
