VP, Algo & SOR – Low-Latency Trading Architect

Galaxy is seeking an experienced Algo / SOR Developer to join our London team. You will lead development of low-latency, high-throughput EMS/Smart Order Router systems and work with traders to refine routing logic.

The role requires 8+ years in routing strategies in Java, experience with real-time data, cloud/hybrid deployments, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
