VP, Energy Transition M&A & Project Finance

Inukapartners seeks a Vice President, Investment Banking to lead and support complex transactions in project finance and M&A within the energy transition sector. Based in London, you will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8 years in investment banking or corporate finance, with strong project finance advisory and M&A experience, energy transition or infrastructure exposure, and superior modelling and client-management skills.
