Our client is seeking a highly strategic and accomplished VP of Operations to lead their entire operational function in a fully remote capacity. This executive role is responsible for setting the vision and direction for all operational activities, ensuring scalable growth, unparalleled efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. You will be a key member of the executive team, driving innovation and operational excellence across a global landscape from your remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global operations strategy aligned with company vision and growth objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including supply chain, logistics, customer support, and internal processes.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, distributed operations team.
• Drive operational innovation and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage significant operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational success and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of senior operations leadership experience, with a proven track record in scaling operations for rapid growth companies.
• Extensive experience managing global operations and remote teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic operational plans that deliver measurable results.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
