Vulnerable Transport Planner & Operations Coordinator

Bradford Council is seeking a Customer Planning Co-ordinator to join the PTS Core team. The role focuses on planning, scheduling and delivering transport for vulnerable children and adults, twice daily, in a safe and cost-efficient manner.

The post holder will manage day-to-day planning operations for around 300 home-based escorts and 160 depot-based drivers, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with policies.
