Waking Nights Family Support Worker – Babies & Parents

Keys Group is seeking a Waking Nights Family Support Worker for Crown House (WR14) in Great Malvern. The role runs 8PM–8AM, 24 hours per week on a rolling shift, with potential overtime. A full UK driving license is preferred. You’ll join a supportive team helping families during residential parenting assessments.

We offer 5.6 weeks of annual leave, DBS paid, opportunities for QCF qualifications, wellbeing Circle, pension, and a £500 referral bonus. Training and induction are provided.
