Ward-Based Medicines Management Assistant

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is recruiting a Medicines Management Pharmacy Assistant to support ward-based medicines management, with duties including patient counselling, assembling medicines at ward level and topping up stock. This fixed-term 12-month post provides full training and development.
