Ward-Based Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician

HCRG Care Group is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join the Medicines Optimisation Team supporting inpatient services across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire, with base at Savernake Community Hospital. You will contribute to safe, cost-conscious medicine use, handling queries and supporting medicines management in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role is 22.5 hours per week, Band 5 AfC salary with NHS Pension and Agenda for Change terms.
