Ward‑Based Pharmacy Technician – Medicines Optimisation

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Medicines Optimisation Team across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire, with the primary base at Chippenham Community Hospital. You’ll contribute to safe, cost-conscious medicines use and provide expert advice within a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll support cost-effective prescribing, budget management, and medicines optimisation initiatives while working autonomously within approved guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
