Warehouse Admin Team Lead: Operations & Safety Champion

TR Fastenings is seeking a Warehouse Admin Team Leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our National Distribution Centre in Walsall. You will lead a team of warehouse admins, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong customer-focused delivery.

Role combines hands-on warehouse activity with first-line leadership: oversee goods-in, picking, packing, despatch, and admin processes while driving performance, attendance, and training. Experience with WMS and Dynamics 365 is desirable.
