About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join their dedicated team in Oxford . This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of the warehouse, involving the handling, storage, and movement of goods. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving inventory, fulfilling orders, and preparing shipments, ensuring accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and works well in a team environment, contributing to a seamless supply chain and ensuring customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently, all while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory into the warehouse system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specific requirements.
• Load and unload trucks and containers with care and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed and trained.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stocktaking activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar manual handling role is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
