Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is looking for a well-organized Warehouse Coordinator to support their operations in Oxford . This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site presence and remote work, focusing on the administrative and operational aspects of the warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory records, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and liaising with transport providers and internal teams. This is an excellent chance for an individual with strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of logistics processes to contribute to efficient warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation for domestic and international movements.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and assist in generating reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment.
