Warehouse First Line Manager – Chilled & Ambient Ops

DHL Supply Chain in Bristol is seeking an ambitious Warehouse First Line Manager for our new site supporting Waitrose. You will lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse, balancing chilled and ambient areas while driving safety, quality and service.

The role combines hands-on leadership with coaching, ensuring teams are trained, engaged and high-performing as we build a flagship operation with modern facilities and shift patterns across 5 days.
