Warehouse First Line Manager — Lead Team & Safety

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for our Branston operation. You will lead a hands-on team to meet performance targets, ensure high levels of customer service, and uphold safety standards in a rotating shift pattern.

The role is full-time, with Monday to Friday hours and 40-hour weeks. You will manage performance and engage colleagues while partnering with the Shift Operations Manager to deliver site objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
