Warehouse Lead: KPI-Driven Ops & Lean Improvements

rhe is seeking a dedicated warehouse supervisor to lead daily outbound/inbound operations and allocate labour to meet workload demands. You will oversee picking, packing, replenishment, and stock movements to ensure on-time dispatch and OTIF performance across shifts.

You will coach teams, conduct daily briefings, manage attendance and performance, and support recruitment while upholding H&S standards and continuous improvement.
