About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned and strategic Warehouse Manager to lead their operations from a fully remote position. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain. You will develop and implement operational strategies, manage budgets, and lead a dispersed team of warehouse professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive warehouse management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Manage warehouse budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in warehouse management , with a proven track record of operational success.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a remote team effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning for warehouse operations.
