Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
- Directly manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of 30-35 warehouse staff, driving a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Oversee daily goods-in, storage, picking, and dispatch operations, ensuring all KPIs around OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery are met.
- Manage shift rotas, labour allocation, and equipment maintenance to handle peak production and seasonal volume spikes.
- Identify bottlenecks in the warehouse flow and implement practical solutions to reduce waste, improve pick accuracy, and optimise space.
What We Are Looking For
- You must hold a validIOSH Managing SafelyorNEBOSHcertificate.
- Demonstrable experience directly managing and developing teams of 30+ workers. You know how to build morale, manage absences, and handle HR-related floor issues.
- Strong working knowledge of modern WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.
- Must have a valid car licence and own transport
