Warehouse Operations Lead | 30+ Team | Safety & CI

Arco is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a large distribution centre team, ensuring safety, efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. You will coach around 30 colleagues and deputise for the Operations Manager for up to 120 staff, overseeing performance and engagement.

The role involves managing rotas (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Mon-Fri), driving improvements, and maintaining a high standard of health and safety across the site. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.
