Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse layout, processes, and workflows for maximum efficiency.

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and implement best practices for a secure working environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in warehouse management and operations, preferably in a senior role.
• Demonstrated success in improving warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety standards.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and supply chain principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a remote team effectively.
