About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Liaise with transport providers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient outbound logistics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and fostering a positive work culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
