Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement effective warehouse strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock control measures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar senior logistics role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management systems, and logistics software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and implement cost-saving measures.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation or optimization is a plus.
