About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company policies.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar senior logistics role.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, supply chain principles, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and implement lean methodologies.
