About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their remote logistics team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations to meet business objectives and customer demands.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through robust tracking and reconciliation processes.
• Oversee the entire order fulfilment cycle, from picking and packing to shipping and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and operational standards within the warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a remote setting.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar senior logistics role, with a strong understanding of remote operational management.
• Demonstrated success in improving warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management systems , WMS software, and supply chain best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a remote team effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decisions.
