Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative warehouse strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and lead a remote team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs ) and generate regular reports on operational performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with the broader supply chain.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety standards within all managed operational areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior warehouse management or operations role, with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS ) and other relevant logistics software.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
