About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a versatile individual to join our client as a Warehouse Operative & Delivery Driver in Milton Keynes . This dual role involves supporting warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock management, alongside making local deliveries. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations from warehouse to doorstep, contributing to customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and is committed to operational efficiency and excellent service delivery within the logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, as required.
• Conduct local deliveries using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and safe arrival.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
• Provide basic customer assistance during deliveries.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence, with the ability to obtain a Cat C1 licence if required for specific vehicles.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the Milton Keynes area.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
