Warehouse Operative - Dispatch Location: Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse based in Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry.

This role is ideal for someone with previous dispatch experience who is happy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position involves manual order picking, preparing orders for dispatch and regular heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically fit.

Key Responsibilities

Manual picking of customer orders

Packing and preparing goods for dispatch

Loading and unloading deliveries

Completing dispatch paperwork and labelling shipments

Carrying out stock checks and reporting discrepancies

Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous dispatch experience is essential

Experience in a warehouse environment

Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable with a positive attitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team
