Meridian Business Support is recruiting for Warehouse Operative opportunities on behalf of a leading logistics provider based in Lutterworth (LE17). If you're looking for ongoing work with regular weekday hours, full training and a supportive team environment, we'd like to hear from you.

This Warehouse Operative role involves unloading containers, moving stock and preparing pallets for distribution within a busy warehouse operation.

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Loading and unloading large containers by hand Handballing stock from containers onto pallets Sorting and organising products ready for dispatch Shrink wrapping pallets securely Stacking pallets ready for transportation Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment This is a physically demanding role requiring regular lifting and movement of stock throughout your shift.

Hours & Pay Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Start times available: 6:30am 7:00am 8:00am £13.06 per hour Weekly pay Ongoing work available To be successful in this Warehouse Operative position, you will ideally have:

Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience Experience unloading containers or handballing stock would be beneficial Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling duties A reliable attitude and ability to work well within a team The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Please note, all applicants must be willing to undergo a basic DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
