Warehouse Operative - Night Shift

About the Role

Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their busy team on the night shift in Glasgow . You will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth running of the warehouse, including receiving goods, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and dispatching outgoing shipments.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar physical environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during the night shift .
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
