Location: Basingstoke Pay: £12.92 per hour Shift: 14:00–22:00 Working Pattern: 5 days out of 6 – Sunday always off Job Type: Temporary, with temp-to-permanent opportunity for suitable candidates

Job Description

We are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join an established distribution operation in Basingstoke.

This is a physically active warehouse role involving regular walking, unloading deliveries, locating and scanning stock, as well as supporting general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Unloading and handling incoming deliveries

Locating and scanning stock

*

Picking, packing and sorting products

*

Moving stock safely around the warehouse

*

Loading goods for dispatch

*

Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

*

Following warehouse procedures and Health & Safety requirements

Requirements

*

Previous warehouse experience preferred

*

Comfortable with physically active work and regular walking

*

Good attention to detail

*

Reliable and punctual

*

Able to work effectively as part of a team

*

Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
