Looking for long-term, ongoing work with a fantastic company? We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly team based at East Midlands Gateway.

No previous production experience is required - full training is provided!

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll be working as part of a team within a clean, modern production environment. Your duties will include:

• Working on a state-of-the-art production line
• Packing and securing products into the correct boxes ready for dispatch
• Handling goods safely and ensuring they are packed correctly
• Working in an ambient working environment
• Following processes and meeting timed production deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

Shift Patterns

We have opportunities across rotating shift patterns, including both static shifts and 4-on 4-off rotations.

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

You may be required to rotate between morning and afternoon shifts depending on the position.

4-on 4-off shifts are also available, offering a great work-life balance with four days on followed by four days off.

Pay

£12.92 per hour

£19.37 per hour overtime rate
