Counterbalance FLT / Stores Operative – Temp to Perm

Location: Pointon Way, WR9 Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm Friday: 7:00am–1:00pm Pay Rate: £13.95–£15.63 per hour

The Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Stores Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our team at our Pointon Way facility, working alongside Wayne.

This is a varied and hands-on role involving general stores duties, as well as supporting the loading and unloading of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general stores duties Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Operating a counterbalance forklift Moving and organising stock and materials Supporting the wider team with day-to-day warehouse and stores operations Following all relevant health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Essential Requirements

Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence – essential Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment Good awareness of health and safety procedures Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable

In-date Combi Forklift licence (over 5 tonnes) Previous crane operating experience Experience loading and unloading vehicles
