We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a successful global lawn fertiliser company based in Henstridge.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering great stability, a Monday-to-Friday working pattern and the chance to significantly increase your earnings during the company's busy season.

Great earning potential

You’ll receive £13.50 per hour for your standard hours, with overtime paid at an impressive £20.25 per hour .

From January to May , the business enters its busiest period and there is the opportunity to work extended hours, including 6:00am – 6:00pm , giving you the chance to maximise your earnings.

What will you be doing?

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be part of a busy industrial operation and your duties will include:

• Picking and packing products
• General warehouse duties
• Supporting production
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Moving and handling stock
• General production and warehouse tasks
• Helping to maintain a safe and organised working environment

No two days need to be exactly the same

making this a great role for someone who enjoys being active and working as part of a team.

Don't worry about the environment – PPE is provided

Due to the nature of the products, the warehouse can be dusty and industrial .

However, full PPE and work clothing are provided , so you'll have the appropriate protection and equipment needed to carry out the role safely.
