Warehouse Operative (FLT Counterbalance) - Chalgrove

Location: Chalgrove

Pay: £14.42 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:45pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

The Best Connection Oxford is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy spare parts facility based in Chalgrove.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking to join a well-established business with long-term career prospects.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing small spare parts accurately.
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move stock safely around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Booking goods in and out.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring orders are completed correctly.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience picking small parts is highly desirable.
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
