Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join local warehouse and distribution teams across Birmingham.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who can work well as part of a team and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse experience is useful but not essential, as training can be provided for suitable applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse

• Checking goods and maintaining accurate stock records

• Preparing items for dispatch

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

• Following company health and safety procedures

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

• Carrying out other general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual

• Good communication skills

• Able to work as part of a team

• Good attention to detail

• Physically able to carry out warehouse duties

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

• Right to work in the UK
