This role is essential for the smooth operation of e-commerce order processing and requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable with manual handling and maintaining high standards of safety. Shift Patterns: * Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7. * Current working hours are 12:00-20:00. * Future shift pattern will transition to 14:00-22:00. Pay Rates: * 13.45 GBP hourly Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative: * Minimum of 3 months' warehouse experience. * Legally permitted to work 40 hours per week in the UK. * Reliable transport to the site at 10 Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ, United Kingdom. * Availability to work Monday to Sunday with flexibility for additional hours. * Suitable level of English for workplace communication and reading instructions. Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative: * Basic level of English communication and reading. * Team player, motivated to grow, learn, and get involved. Role for Warehouse Operative: * Picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling e-commerce orders. * Handling and moving stock safely within the warehouse. * Completing manual handling tasks as required. * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
