We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy parcel delivery company, for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Coventry.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for sorting parcels and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. Duties include:

Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently Loading and unloading stock Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised Meeting productivity targets during your shift Shifts & Pay

Day shift: 11:00am – 7:00pm — £12.71 per hour Night shift: 7:00pm – 3:00am — £13.21 per hour What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
