Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handling parcel drop-offs and collections in our Parcel Shop
- Picking, packing and preparing fulfilment orders
- General warehouse duties including stock control and organisation
- Booking shipments using our logistics system (training provided)
- Coordinating collections and deliveries with carriers (DPD, DHL, Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting the operations team with daily fulfilment and delivery tasks
- Opportunity to gain skills across multiple logistics functions
What We're Looking For
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills - you will work with customers daily
- Warehouse or parcel shop experience is welcome but not required
- Willingness to perform physical tasks
