Job Description

Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer Trafford Park, Manchester

Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after 12 weeks

Meridian Business Support is recruiting in Trafford Park for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer

Key Responsibilities

Receiving incoming stock, deliveries and warehouse consumables
Ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch
Coordinating the collection of orders with courier partners
Packaging products to a consistently high standard to prevent damage during transit
Monitoring stock levels of packaging materials and consumables
Escalating low stock levels when critical volumes are reached
Reporting and escalating warehouse system issues promptly

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, dispatch or logistics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
A proactive and reliable approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
Good communication skills
