An exciting opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-growing and well-established wholesale distribution business. Supplying a wide range of products across the UK, our client prides itself on delivering exceptional service and efficient order fulfilment.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is committed to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with stock counts
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse areas remain organised
• Preparing orders for dispatch within strict deadlines
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is essential – a minimum of 2 years
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving stock
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Desirable Skills

• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
• Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
