Pallet Handler - Rotational Shifts
Location: Larkhall, South Lanarkshire
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotational Early, Back & Night Shifts
Are you motivated, hands-on, and looking for a long-term opportunity within the automotive industry? We're hiring Pallet Handlers to join an established team in Larkhall, supporting the smooth movement and handling of automotive parts and components.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring parts and materials are handled safely and efficiently throughout the production and distribution process. Key responsibilities include:
Moving and handling pallets of automotive parts and components
Loading and unloading parts onto pallets and production frames
Ensuring materials and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently
Carrying out visual checks to ensure parts and pallets are correctly prepared
Preparing finished goods for storage or shipment
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
Following company procedures, health and safety requirements, and work instructions
Working closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain a smooth workflowWhat You'll Get
Full-time contract with a competitive pay rate of £13.00 per hour
Regular overtime opportunities paid at £19.50 or £26.00 per hour
Monday to Friday rotational shift pattern
Full uniform provided

Experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing or logistics environment OR transferable skills from another industry
Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role involving manual handling

Positive, team-focused approach to work
Willingness to work rotational early, back and night shifts
