Warehouse/Production Operative – Fareham

As a Warehouse/Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged correctly and ready for global distribution.

Warehouse/Production Operative Responsibilities

Packaging & Packing: Responsible for the high-quality packaging of products to meet shipping standards.

Order Preparation: Preparing items for dispatch with high levels of accuracy.

Production Support: Assisting with basic production tasks and assembly of packaging materials.

Inventory Handling: Ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse area.

Quality Checks: Performing visual inspections to ensure packaging meets strict quality guidelines.

Shift Patterns & Pay Options

4-on / 4-off Shift Pattern

Hours: 07:00 to 19:00

Schedule: 4 days on, followed by 4 days off

Pay Rate: £14.32 per hour

Both options offer consistent schedules with competitive pay rates in a well-managed operational setting.
