Warehouse Section Leader: Drive Smooth Shifts & KPIs

Gist Limited is looking for a Warehouse Section Leader to help run a busy operation at Portbury. You’ll work with the Warehouse Shift Manager to coordinate activity, support planning and ensure safety and efficiency across the shift.

You’ll report into the Warehouse Shift Manager, support attendance and people processes, and help with handovers, performance monitoring, and reporting. The role follows a 4 on, 4 off pattern from 10:00 to 22:00.
