Warehouse Shift Manager – Lates

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers to reach their personal and professional potential
• Drive efficient operational performance on the shift
• Maintain strong communications with the senior management team
• Drive change across the distribution centre focusing on continuous improvement opportunities
• Be the key liaison between warehouse operational team, site Senior Leadership Team, and customers

Requirements

• Previous experience at a minimum of First Line Manager level in a large, fast-paced warehousing environment
• Experience managing conflicting priorities
• Ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
• Excellent people skills for leading, developing and managing a team
