About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the critical Goods In and Goods Out functions at their facility in Norwich . This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing inventory, maintaining high standards of operational performance and team management. You will lead a team dedicated to excellence in stock handling and dispatch. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Goods In and Goods Out teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate unloading, inspection, and put-away of incoming stock.
• Oversee the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of outgoing orders.
• Manage team performance, providing training, motivation, and support.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures within the warehouse areas.

Requirements
