Warehouse Supervisor - Remote Operations Oversight

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations remotely. In this role, you will leverage technology to manage, monitor, and direct warehouse activities from a distance, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will be responsible for coordinating with on-site teams, managing inventory, and implementing process improvements to optimize performance across the entire facility. This unique position requires a leader with strong digital communication skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management, and the ability to drive results without being physically present on the warehouse floor, making it a key role in modernizing logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely supervise warehouse staff and operations, ensuring productivity and adherence to targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct virtual stock checks, and manage inventory accuracy using WMS.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and efficient processing of shipments.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols and operational procedures virtually.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency gains.
• Communicate effectively with on-site teams, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management , and WMS.
• Excellent leadership and remote team management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and logistics software .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational oversight effectively in a remote setting.
