About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee warehouse operations remotely. This role requires a leader who can effectively supervise a team, implement operational procedures, and ensure the smooth running of the warehouse from a distance. You will focus on team performance, adherence to safety protocols, and efficiency improvements across all warehouse functions, contributing to the overall success of the logistics department from your remote working location in Wolverhampton .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing performance improvement strategies.
• Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks remotely.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Train and mentor new warehouse staff on procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
