About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead their team and operations in Wolverhampton . This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity targets are met. You will provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, manage inventory levels, and implement operational improvements. This is a key leadership position for an individual passionate about logistics and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock rotation.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the warehouse environment.
• Oversee the accurate receiving, warehousing, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor warehouse operatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and health and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
