Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Manage the flow of goods within your designated area, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptability to a hybrid work schedule, balancing on-site supervision with remote administrative tasks.
