HellermannTyton is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to drive efficiency, accuracy and excellence across our Plymouth site.

Location:39 William Prance Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL6 5WR

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 08:30 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 14:30 on a Friday

Warehouse Supervisor The Role:

The Warehouse Superviser is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. xwwtmva This role focuses on inventory accuracy, staff supervision, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Warehouse Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

- Optimise warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency

- Coordinate with operations, planning, procurement, and the sales team

- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare operational reports

- Manage warehouse equipment and oversee maintenance

- Handle discrepancies, damages, and customer returns

- Manage the annual stocktake
