Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Implement and enforce all company policies and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stocktaking activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
